How to build your Worldoftuning.com profileBelow you will find some very easy steps that will help you build your profile and show the community who you are and what you're into!
First of all lets get started with logging in. The login interface always appears on your
top right. Just put your username and password to the correct fields and click login.
After you have logged in, your personal information and navigation will appear there.
As you can understand, by clicking “Edit your profile”, that is directly under your
Username and the rest of the information at the login interface, you will enter the
Profile Edit tabs.
In the General tab (that is already opened) you will be able to change your avatar,
write down the rest of your personal information (don’t worry nobody but you can
see them), give us you Contact information (MSN, Yahoo, Gmail etc) and, finally, in
case that is needed, change your password.
In order to change your default avatar click “Upload a new Avatar”
and a new window will pop up. (remember to allow popups from worldoftunin.gr), select
“Browse” and find a jpg that you like in you pc - just remember the size
must be below 250kb.
The account preferences will be used for us to contact you in case it is needed for you to be contacted in means other than email. These data are strictly confidential.
In the contact details category you can give us information of how we can contact you. These information are visible to all of your friends.
Personal information texts tell us more about your self, what you like, what you want and what people should be careful when is comes to face you. Take your time, the more you tell the more we read.
At “My Rides” you can add your car or bike, so that you can show other
users what you are driving. Simply click Add a Car or Add a Motorbike
and you will be able to write down its specs and “abilities”.
And, finally, the video which allows you to have an embedded video in your
profile. What you have to do is to find a video you like at youtube.com
and copy the “embed” link which is on the right of every video. After
you have done that just go to Edit Profile > Video and paste your code
in the text area there. Click “embed” and you are done!
Also! Don't forget your Gallery, where you can upload photos of you and your friends or anything else you like, but remember to keep it legal! No nudity and over naughty stuff here.
